Damey Construction Company Limited provides specialised construction, assembly, welding, inspection, testing, and maintenance services for *LPG storage spheres and industrial pressure vessels*.

Our capabilities include the erection and alignment of prefabricated steel sections, shell plate welding, installation of support columns, structural bracing, nozzles, manways, access platforms, stairways, safety systems, and associated process piping.

All welding activities are carried out using approved *Welding Procedure Specifications*, qualified welders, controlled welding sequences, and comprehensive QA/QC procedures. Weld integrity is verified through visual inspection and non-destructive testing methods such as radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic-particle, and dye-penetrant testing.

Upon completion, the vessels undergo hydrostatic pressure testing, leak testing, dimensional inspection, surface preparation, protective coating, and commissioning checks to confirm their structural integrity and safe operation.
